About Us
The Leaders Operating System is a leadership model created by Samuel T. Reddy. In 2018 after 20 years of formulating it using his engagement from governments, military, business and the 3rd sector he finally published the Leavers To Leaders which showcase ‘Leaders Operating System and the book became an amazon best seller and available in 17 countries. Designed as a practical tool for developing a person’s leadership presence, knowhow and skill, it aims to summarise what leaders have to do to remain relevant, rigourious and responsive in a world of constant disruption & dislocation. The aim of the Leaders Operating System also know as ( L.O.S) is not only to bring leadership to their group or organisation, but also to lead themselves technically and psychologically as leaders. It has been classified into 7 elements with the 3 L.O.S of leadership at its core. It is sometimes known as the 3 L.O.S of leadership (Leading Oneself, Leading Others & Leading Organisation).
The 3 L.O.S of Leadership combine the strengths & weaknesses of modern leadership.
